In connection with each of these matters, Lemery Greisler provides advice to clients on the potential tax implications and possible deferrals, as well as obligations and indemnifications that may survive the transaction at hand and the benefits and restrictions for any assets received.  The Corporate and M&A practice group attorneys also advise clients with respect to securities law implications of capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions and assist them with complying with federal and state securities laws.
