Bio
Charles B. Dumas has extensive experience as counsel in residential and commercial real estate transactions and development, including planning and zoning, title examination, construction law, finance, lease agreement, and management. He is an Examining Counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company. As a United States Small Business Administration Designated Closing Attorney, he regularly closes SBA-related financings involving venture capital initiatives throughout Upstate New York, which are targeted to foster small business development. He also represents a variety of Capital District businesses in many aspects of their operations, including corporate governance and organization, employee relations, contract negotiation and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Dumas was admitted to practice in the State of New York. He is active in community affairs and serves several Capital District not-for-profit organizations in various leadership capacities.
