Capital Region law firm seeks full-time paralegal with minimum three years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant to join commercial litigation and transactional practice areas. Excellent salary and benefits. Formal paralegal certification is not required and position will be located in our Saratoga Springs office. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, an understanding of litigation, and a desire to learn and assume responsibility. Salary range is $42,000 - $55,000. Lemery Greisler LLC, a Capital Region business law firm with offices in Albany and Saratoga Springs, New York, is seeking a Corporate/Transaction Associate with one to four years of experience. Experience with commercial contracts, merger and acquisition transactions, transaction due diligence, and business entity formation and structuring is ideal. We are looking for a motivated associate with strong organizational and time management skills, strong legal research and drafting abilities, professional judgment and demeanor. The role offers meaningful responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior attorneys. The firm offers competitive benefits and perks. Salary range is $80,000 – $105,000 plus incentive bonuses, commensurate with skill set and experience. The position is located in our Saratoga office.
