Bio

Lindsey Johnson began her career with Lemery Greisler as a Law Clerk in our 2021 Summer Associate Program. Ms. Johnson concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and tax law, and estate planning and administration. Ms. Johnson’s work includes mergers and acquisitions, equity structuring, business startups, day-to-day business law matters, and business succession planning. Ms. Johnson also has experience structuring complex 1031 “like-kind” exchange transactions for commercial real estate ventures.

Ms. Johnson graduated from Albany Law School with honors in her Tax Law concentration program. Prior to graduating law school, Ms. Johnson participated in the Albany Law School Community Economic Development Clinic and was on the Editorial Board of the Albany Law School Journal of Science and Technology.

Ms. Johnson is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
