Jared (Jed) Yaffee focuses his practice in the areas of commercial lending, real estate and corporate law. Mr. Yaffee works on all aspects of commercial transactions, including financing, acquisition, disposition, and construction of a variety of properties and industries, representing lenders, buyers, borrowers, sellers, and developers. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions, including community and national banks, as well as certified development companies of the U.S. Small Business Administration, closing SBA loans in multiple jurisdictions as a Designated Closing Counsel under the SBA 504 Loan Program.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yaffee was a Vice President and counsel at the country's largest title insurance underwriter based in New York City, where he underwrote and closed national commercial transactions. After relocating to upstate New York, he was associated with a general practice in Columbia County. Mr. Yaffee is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as before the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
