Bio

Dylan Sheji serves as Of Counsel to Lemery Greisler and supports the Firm’s cannabis industry transaction group. Mr. Sheji has focused on cannabis law since he began his law studies at Colorado Law at the University of Colorado Boulder and since his graduation. Mr. Sheji has deep experience analyzing regulatory structures related to the legalization of medical and recreational cannabis, not just in Colorado but also California, New Mexico, Maine, Utah, Arizona, and most recently New York.

Mr. Sheji has worked in the cannabis space both in private legal practice as well as in non-law firm cannabis advisory businesses. Mr. Sheji previously served as an executive at CannaRegs LLC in Colorado and currently works for the cannabis compliance software company Simplifya LLC where he holds the title Senior Regulatory Analyst on the company’s legal team.

Mr. Sheji is admitted to the Colorado Bar. He graduated from Colorado Law in 2017 and graduated from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service in 2013.
