Condominium and Homeowners Association Offering Plans
We are proud of our proficiency in preparing offering plan documents for condominium, timeshare, and home owners. In addition to this preparation, we provide services in connection with these offering plans, including the coordination of project developers, municipal officials, utility providers, real estate agents, architects, and engineers to compile and complete the offering memoranda and associated background documentation. Once complete, Lemery Greisler’s attorneys file the offering memoranda with the New York State Attorney General’s Office Bureau of Real Estate and work with the Attorney General’s Office to obtain review and approval of the plans. Our attorneys are equally able to prepare, file, and carry through to approval any amendments to declare plans effective and/or to make changes to plans.
In the past, our attorneys have successfully completed plan documents for vacant residential condominiums, vacant mixed-use condominiums, fractional interest projects, homeowner associations, and de minimis use applications. More recently, the Firm has been actively involved in offering plan documentation for PointeWest, LLC, in Saratoga Springs; Tall Timbers, LLC, in North Creek; Mountain’s Edge in Lake George; and The Columns Condominiums in Greene County.
